2019 Buyout Program / Performances

As part of The Magnetic Theatre’s commitment to partnering with other community organizations, agencies and business, we invite you to participate in our Buyout Program. This program offers your organization a unique theatrical experience by providing a private performance, and a chance to mingle with and meet the actors and creative team. This program also allows your organization to fund-raise with little effort.

It's easy. When buy out a performance, you receive 85 tickets for the buyout price of $1,275 (plus a $2 fee per ticket) for plays. You have the option of giving the tickets to your group or staff for free or using this opportunity as a fundraiser for your organization.

Guidelines to Help Your Evening Run Seamlessly

  • Any organization can apply for a performance.

  • The selection of performances are handled on a first come, first served basis.

  • A 50% deposit is required to hold a performance date.

  • Final payment must be made 15 days prior to the night of the performance

  • You will receive 85 tickets.

  • You may set your own admission price, as long as it is not lower than The Magnetic Theatre's regular price ($20.00).

  • We will provide the performance, ushers, tickets and playbills.

  • You are welcome to hold a reception in the lobby before or after the performance.

  • We will run the concessions at intermission (no other concessions are permitted).

  • The Magnetic Theatre box office will refer callers to a phone number provided by your organization.
